There are no specific rules as yet, but it seems to be that you either have to eat baby food all day or you eat one adult meal and the rest you eat as baby food. As baby food is obviously made for the babies’ delicate digestive systems, it’s usually free of additives, lots of fat and other things which are bad for us. Then of course there’s organic baby food, which doesn’t contain any growth hormones, etc. Of course, you can make your own baby food, by just pureeing everything!
The small adult portions normally help to control hunger, but as baby food is bland, this may lead to cravings or binge eating after a short time.
