One Day Diet

The "one day diet" is based on the book of the same name in which weight loss results are based on a single day of the week on which you change your eating habits.

And so with this diet, you should eat normally for six days a week and on the seventh you should eat whey and drink diluted juices, water and herbal tea.

If you take into consideration that you have eat 7000 kcal less to lose 1kg of body fat, each comment concerning the effectiveness of the one day diet is superfluous. 

The German Consumer Association commented on the One Day Diet: If you eat the same as before, then you won’t lose much weight, even if you fast for 1 day a week.

On the contrary, the German Consumer Society tested AIQUM and also recommended it.
