Kensington DietKensington Diet, what´s that? This diet comes from the food separation diet stable, but the Kensington Diet also doesn’t recommend eating carbohydrates and protein in one meal.
Also, the Kensington Diet suggests eating certain food in a five day cycle, so that fish, meat, pasta, grains and potatoes are only to be eaten once every five days, if you follow the rules of the Kensington Diet.
Whereas basic scientific facts have not influence the food separation diet, it doesn’t look to be any different here.
But, at least the Kensington Diet recommends exercise, so that you can at least lose weight in this way.
But, it is much more sensible to choose a diet that is based on scientific facts and offers you a balanced menu plan, so that you can lose weight in a healthy way.
